Behind the Curtain - Ten Acrobats in an Amazing Leap of Faith (Centerstage Theatre)

This weekend, the latest production from Centerstage Theatre, Ten Acrobats in an Amazing Leap of Faith, opens in Federal Way. The Yussef El Guindi play runs on stage at the Knudsen Family Theatre through June 16 in a production directed by Agastya Kohli and featuring some of Seattle's most up and coming actors. We are joined on this latest edition of Behind the Curtain by Agastya, two of those actors (Varun Kainth and Esha More), and Centerstage's Artistic Director Trista Duvall in a conversation that covers how the play came to Centerstage, Agastya's process for putting this show together, and what each actor hopes the audience gets from their performance and the play as a whole. We also step into some heavier water while discussing what contribution the arts, and Ten Acrobats in particular, can make toward healing the divides in America and around the world.
