Behind the Curtain - Brown Bodies on a Blue Earth (TUT)

The Underground Theater (TUT) here in Seattle states its purpose to "develop new works that release shame and nurture community". Their latest show, "Brown Bodies on a Blue Earth" opens at Base Camp Studios on 1st Avenue on April 18 and runs through May 12. TUT Managing Director Lynette Winters sat down with us in a combination Get to Know a Theatre / Behind the Curtain to discuss both the theatre and their upcoming show, an original work by playwright Cris Eli Blak in a production directed by Brodrick Ryans.

For more information about the theatre, and the show, including how to get tickets, visit https://underground.theater/, or look for them on social media. To keep up with Lynette, including her new show debuting on PBS soon (which we discuss here), check her out her Facebook (@mrslynettewinters) page or other social media.
