Lakewood Playhouse (Joe Walsh)

In our latest episode of Get to Know a Theatre, we visit Lakewood Playhouse, and Producing Artistic Director Joe Walsh. Joe chatted with us about his recently taking over his position at Lakewood, how he was received by the Tacoma area arts community, and what he hopes to bring to Lakewood and the community it serves through the arts. The Niceties opens this month at Lakewood, we discussed the coming together of that production along with what the theatre has in store for its next season. It’s all about community with Lakewood Playhouse and Joe aims to foster that through is work at Lakewood.
